There are about four hundred thousand different types of mold out in the world with only about one hundred of them with names and one will understand why there is a need for a mold inspection in their Massachusetts home. One should understand that there are three major mold groups. One should make sure that their home has a mold inspection so that you know that you and your family are safe.

The three major mold groups would include the allergenic, toxigenic, and pathogenic. These five are Aspergillus, Cladosporium, Penicillium, Alternaria, and Stachybotrys (which is often referred to as black mold). This will allow for one to have peace of mind and if mold is found one should be able to have it removed for a healthier environment.
